Shipping policy

We want to get your Healthy Inspirations order to you quickly and hassle-free! Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day!
Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the next business day (excluding New Zealand public holidays)
You can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

How We Ship Your Order
We send all orders via New Zealand Post with tracked delivery for peace of mind.
Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way!

Double-Check Your Delivery Address
To avoid delays, please double-check that your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you spot an error, let us know ASAP, and we’ll do our best to fix it before your order is shipped!
