By engaging with Healthy Inspirations and our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Eligibility

Our programs are designed for adult women who are committed to making positive health changes. Before starting, we may require a brief consultation to ensure the program is appropriate for your goals and health status.

2. Coaching & Support

We offer weekly one-on-one coaching sessions delivered via video or phone. These sessions provide support, guidance, and accountability. Results vary based on individual effort, lifestyle, and adherence to the program.

3. Health Disclaimer

Healthy Inspirations offers lifestyle and weight loss coaching, not medical treatment. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult with your doctor before beginning any weight loss or exercise program.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

We value your time and ours. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your coaching session. Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due in advance as per your selected program. Refunds are not typically offered once a program has begun, unless required by law or under exceptional circumstances.

6. Privacy

7. Supplement Sales

Our supplements are intended to support your program. They are not a cure or treatment for any medical condition. Please read product labels and follow usage directions.
