How to Make the Perfect Shake:

Using a Blender:
Add 250 ml chilled water first, then add 20 grams (1.5 level scoops) of your protein powder and 2-3 ice cubes. Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Perfect for a thicker, café-style shake!

Using a Shaker: 
Add 250 ml chilled water first, then add 20 grams (1.5 level scoops) of your protein powder to your shaker. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds. Great when you're on the go!

As suggested by our Healthy Inspirations weight loss coaches, we suggest blending your shake with water. However, if you prefer, you can use milk or a similar alternative, although this will increase your calorie intake.

Tips: For best results, always add liquid first, then powder. Enjoy straight away. / For added creaminess add 1Tbsp of cream.

Port Vanilla Cream

Well I have the older one before, for some reason this one tastes a little different. I do like it. I think it's best one to have. It's not first I've tried the Chocolate one didn't really like it. It's best to the vanilla then put in Caco powder if you want to make chocolate things, I like it better. But I might some of your news soon, before my term runs out. I will give it 10 stars.

My go to for the base of vege protein muffins, mixes in well and adds a wee bit of sweetness. Great with blueberries on a smoothie too

I use for sweets

I only buy the Vanilla flavour because I use it for all sorts of things. I add it to the Healthy Inspirations Holly Bun recipe to make sweet protein pikelets, or to a cream cheese based protein ball, and in smoothies. All of these satisfy my sweet tooth. I even add it to whipped cream or natural yoghurt with a sugar free hot chocolate powder to make a mousse. Desserts are my weakness but this is a perfect alternative! It always arrives quickly to my rural address. Overall it’s very versatile.

Take to Work

I take the Vanilla powder to work in a shaker and just add water to it for afternoon tea. It gets me through until dinner and settles my afternoon sweet niggle. I wouldn’t do with out it, tastes great even without cream. I also add frozen strawberries for a smoothie at breakfast.
