How to Make the Perfect Shake

Using a Blender:
 Add 250 ml chilled water first, then add 20 grams (1.5 level scoops) of your protein powder and 2-3 ice cubes. Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Perfect for a thicker, café-style shake!

Using a Shaker: 
Add 250 ml chilled water first, then add 20 grams (1.5 level scoops) of your protein powder to your shaker. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds. Great when you're on the go!

As suggested by our Healthy Inspirations weight loss coaches, we suggest blending your shake with water. However, if you prefer, you can use milk or a similar alternative, although this will increase your calorie intake.

Tips: For best results, always add liquid first, then powder. Enjoy straight away. / For added creaminess add 1Tbsp of cream.
